I can't resist chinese herbal soup mainly because it helps to regulates various bodily function from the extract of the natural substances contained in the herbs and spices after long hour of simmering. My mom have slow down indulging this nutritious soup due to high blood pressure. I got her approval to order the following food which are infused by mild taste of herbs.

fish was slightly over cooked but tasted good with the presence of juicy dried scallops gravy

bun was hot and soft and best eaten with the braised chicken and black fungus cooked with herbs
After our meal, we felt quite extremely thirsty and even few glasses of plain water doesn't help to clear the 'dosage of MSG' from our mouth. Well, I still prefer my home cooked version of nutritious soups.
