OZEKI ITALIAN CUISINE

First and foremost, do not confuse yourself with Ozeki  at Wisma Cosway and the other Ozeki at Menara TA. The former serves Italian & Fusion food while the latter sells authentic Japanese cuisine only.

Having read in few blogs about this restaurant, I decided to try out their menu when a friend working few stones away from my office building seeking a companion for lunch.

It is easy to find this eatery. Walk to the back of Wisma Cosway , turn left and Ozeki is located at the end corner .

Upon seated, we were presented with set lunch & a lar carte menu. We settled on pocket friendly menu i.e set lunch which comes together with 1 main dish, drink, soup of the day and salad.

Ice Lemon Tea
Duck & Egg White Soup
Only a quarter cup but luckily it was tasteless and diluted, hence left it untouched after a sip
Salad
Fresh + crunchy in sourish Japanese dressing
Spaghetti Amatriciana
When I forked out strings of spaghetti, the smells of fresh olive oil caught my senses. I added chilly flakes and it immediately take me to the next level of enhancement with fragrant bites of non oily fried bacon.
Spaghetti Marinara
Beautifully laced with big clams only...though the menu stated  seafood. I didn't taste it. But I could see smile from his face..satiated indeed.

Ocha Tiramisu
Complimentary from the house.
Soft and not overly sweet.

Lunch per pax costs RM24++.

BETTY'S CORNER IN WISMA COSWAY, KL

Rain! Rain! Rain! This is the daily weather in Kuala Lumpur. When you are caught in this season, one tends to get hungry faster even before the clock ticks 12 noon. One of my superior was craving for hot and spicy food and wanted to buy us lunch in Betty's Corner which serves halal chinese and western food at affordable price . Who will say no when it comes to free food ...do you?

3 set of cutleries for us....

I opted for the combo meal which consists of Fish & Chips + Ice Lemon Juice+Brownies & Ice cream @ RM18.90

The dory fish meat was fresh in crispy batter

the brownies was not moist and the ice cream was just normal

Curry Mee with prawns, chicken meat and 'tau pok' only
..nothng beats the Penang Curry Mee with plenty of cockles and 'pig blood'

Mee Jawa with prawns, slices of fried beancurd and chicken meat...
the gravy was damned thicked as though eating curry mee in thicked coconut milk!

Bubur Cha-Cha consists of sweet potatoes, sago, sweet corn and yam
not too sweet but a bit diluted!

At the end of the meal, a Director from our sister company who were also having lunch there forked the bill for all of us. My superior felt extremely happy cos' she 'bought' us lunch without paying a single cent! Guess, it was her lucky day:-)
