When we checked into Hotel Excelsior Ipoh, the receptionist informed us about Restoran Foh San which is famous for dim sum and if we are game for it, we must arrive there at 6am to avoid any queue.
So next the morning, we woke up at 530am and walked to the restaurant which is situated just right behind the hotel . Upon arriving at the restaurant entrance, we were told the business hour starts at 630 am. Even though the sky is still dark, we saw few elderly couples chatting away and many elderly ladies clocked in for work.
At 630 am sharp, the restaurant open its door to the customers and within 10 minutes, most of the tables was occupied.
