HONG KEE SEAFOOD NOODLE HOUSE

After fixing my Guess handbag zip in a small shoplot at Taman Maluri , we walked around looking for breakfast and Hong Kee promptly captured our attention.

A simple one page menu was placed on our table and it helps us to pick our choice of noodles fast.

Seafood Noodles (RM5)
Not only it looks tantalizing but worth the amount paid for...filled with lots of fresh seafood i.e cut cuttle fish, fish fillet, lala, fish balls, prawn, fish cake and foo chok.  The plain soup was superb without any hint of MSG. Only regret is we did not ask for fried garlic to add more aroma!

Seafood Curry Mee (RM5)
With the same type/amount of seafood, the coconut concoction tasted almost like Penang curry mee. My fave!

Dry Mixed Noodles + A bowl of fish balls (RM3.50)
We hardly come across restaurant selling cheap..this bowl of yummy noodles, not forgetting fresh fishballs without any trace of ajinomoto.

Siu Kow/Meat Dumplings (RM1 piece each)
After cut into two, could not find any prawns but minced meat enveloped inside the wanton skin. Not my liking!

Total bill came to RM21.60 including two glasses of herbal drink and a plain water.
