| Braised Shark's Fin Soup came in a piping hot claypot and garnished with beansprout and spring onions...totally a different version which I usually consumed. A whole big piece of tender shark's fin in a flavoured soup. After our hearty supper, we were sent back to our hotel and called it a day. |
