IPOH BAKED SALTED CHICKEN


Inside this red dashing colour box is baked salted chicken or known as 'Yim Keok Kai' in Cantonese which is famous in Ipoh



Paper are used to wrap kampung/village chicken filled with semi boiled chinese herbs before baked with covered rock salts



1 whole cooked chicken infused with 'Tong Kwai' (to nourish blood) which is my fave. The meat is tender and moisted.
