HEALTHY SALAD - JAPANESE WAY



I came across this bottle of Japanese salad dressings when I was in Daiso, 1Utama which sells all Japanese items at RM5 each.
fragrant and flavourful infused by the combination of sweet and sour taste .



pour this delightful sauce into a bowl of cut lettuces and baby carrots (or your choice of greens) and toss it well

* lettuce have high water content and is an excellent source of vitamins A, B1, B2, and C, folic acid,manganese and chromium. Helps to cut the risk for constipation and promotes urination
*
carrots are full with Vit A and fiber. Good for healthy skin, hair, bones and eye sight



add slices of cut boiled egg
(or your choice of topping i.e chicken ham, cheese & etc)
