PINEAPPLE TART JELLY

The other day when I opened my fridge, I saw an orange and half container of pineapple tart jam. There was a packet of jelly powder on the table which I bought it few months ago. These ingredients quickly give me an idea to create a new version of jelly using pineapple jam and orange. It takes about 30 minutes of preparation to cook this tasteful and fragrant jelly.




INGREDIENT
1 box of jelly powder, orange juice, grated orange skin, pineapple jam, sugar to taste


METHOD


1. Make small balls from the pineapple jam


2. Put each ball into jelly mould and leave it aside


3. Pour 200ml of water into a cooking pot


4. Combine jelly powder with the water and mix it well


5. Bring it to boil and simmer stirring for 5 minutes


6. Add in sugar, orange juice, grated orange skin and continue to stir till sugar dissolves


7. Pour the mixture into the jelly mould and leave it to cool & set



BEST TO EAT WHEN SERVED COOL !!!
