PART II- BLOGGERS’ EVENING FOOD EXPERIENCE OF TRUE TRADITIONAL CROATIAN CUISINE

As one of the invited bloggers, I was very proud to be given the priviledge to taste a wide spread of sumptuous and authentic Croatian food personally cooked by Resident Head Chef Zoran Djumic. All hand made pasta and bread are baked in wood fire oven to produce pure perfection and true authentic Croation cuisine.

Before the food tasting kicked off, Ms Alice of Alice George Communications gave a brief intro about the restaurant. Ms Dina who is the General Manager of Dubrovnik Restaurant KL and also daugther to the Resident Head Chef then share with us on the history of Croatian food and explained on the cuisine which will be served to us for our feedback.
