So here are the scenes on the lion and dragon dance before performances. The troupes were seen moving from one shop lots to another followed by anxious spectators (including me) armed with cameras ready to snap photo on live performances.
While taking a rest nearby a mini market, I spotted these youngsters in a group dancing away with loud bang of music and instantly the crowd gets bigger in no time. Look at their bravery act!
This is the lion dance performance hired by the hotel. Luv the bright red and sweet green lion!
After watching the lion dance, the sky turned dark and we headed straight to Shinjuku Japanese Restaurant which is walking distance from our hotel.
Not knowing what to order, instead ordering for two pax, I opted for a single glass of juice and a bowl of ramen first...just to try out the taste |
Pineapple Juice @ PHP85++ ... this is not fresh juice after being told by the waitress |
Shoyu Ramen @ PHP250++... noodles texture not QQ at all and the miso soup is quite mild. Was glad that I made the right decision to order a single portion meal only! |
