YUMMY SQUIDS, AWESOME FISH HEAD AND CRABS

Klang is famously known for Bah Kut Teh and also seafood.  After having Bah Kut Teh  for lunch and singing in Karaoke till 730pm, we drove to the nearest seafood restaurant for dinner. Restaurant Foo Chuan was packed with diners but we were at luck to get a table within five minutes.

With a plate of white of rice for each of us, we walloped all the dishes in less than forty five minutes.
Fried Crab with Salted Egg Yolk and Nestum (RM38)
Sweet and meaty crabs but the combination of salted egg yolk nestum didn't complement well. If without the latter (too sweet for my liking), I will certainly finish this whole plate of crustacean though it added more fragrant.
Curry Fish Head (RM38)
Fat chunks of red fish head and greens cooked in a rich and smooth texture gravy infused by the aromatic curry leaves. A bargain not to be missed. AWESOME!


Deep Fried Squid Rings (RM10)
Encased in a light batter, the flavorful squids was fried to golden brown and crisps with perfection. Star of the Nite....YUMMY!

  1. Yum! Yum! Food looks soooo nice! And karaoke? I like!!! LOL!!! Been to KL so often but never been to Klang. :(

  2. Next time when you are in KL, always put Klang on top of your list...cheap n delish seafood + nice karaoke...killing two bird with 1 stone lor!
