Malones Irish restaurant and bar serves pork free authentic Irish cuisines and the bar has various thirst quenching drafts, beers and wines.We walked into the outlet in Pavilion, simply to discover the taste of Irish food . From our observation, most of the customers were seeing drinking and chatting during the happy hour which starts from 2pm till 8pm .
The waiter gave us a colorful menu and we couldn't decide, thus we asked for the best seller.
This famous traditional Irish dish came in a big portion. Cut lamb + big chunks of potatoes + carrots + onions was stewed till soft, juicy and tender. Best eaten with accompanying tuscan bread and creamy mashed potatoes. SAUSAGE ON COLCANNON AND GUINNESS ONION GRAVY
The serving was big and presentable. 3 jumbo size grilled sausages (1 chicken + 1 beef + 1 veal)infused with herbs was robust but awesome! Onion gravy texture was just right and complement this dish very well.
After partaking these two dishes, we felt extremely full due to the amount of carbo and protein without any greens.
We paid RM59.10 including 10% service charge . Free glasses of plain water is available upon request.
