Carven Ong is no longer a stranger in the fashion worlds. This ever youthful and outstanding designer made his debut at the MODA Wanita Fashion Show in 1991 and quickly made himself as a designer well-known full of sophistication and dedication in every piece of his unique creations that blend modern simplicity with traditional influence.
In conjunction with Carven Ong 18th Anniversary in the fashion & education industry, a magnificent fashion show on his latest Spring/Summer 2010 Collection cum the Graduation Show (for his next generation of young designers) was held on 11 December 2009 in the Grand Ballroom, Level 3, Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur. To watch the show, one have to pay entrance fee of RM80 per seat. Dress Code for the nite was Glamorous!
This is the first time I attended a fashion show and have the golden opportunity to meet up with celebrities such as supermodel Amber Chia, Ms World Malaysia 2008/09 Soo Wincci, tv celebrities and etc and also not to mention the ever famous designer Carven Ong. This invitation was extended to me by Sid of BBO and Shirley of Prince Hotel.
