After succeeding in making pumpkin noodles, I was looking for idea to make it a delectable meal. With a packet of Bolognese sauce mix, a piece of beef burger, prawns and vegetables, a healthy yet simple meal was created within 30 minutes. My boss walloped the whole plate of noodle when served to him:-)

a piece of beef burger & 1 egg
1) mash the beef burger and combine it with beaten egg
2) make it into small balls
3) unshelled prawns, wash and cut open into two
5) press and flatten it so that it will stick firmly
6) dust corn flour on each prawn beef balls to prevent it from falling off when frying

INGREDIENT & METHOD TO PREPARE SAUCE
1 packet of maggi bolognese mix sauce, chopped onion and garlic, cabbage and carrot
1) pour oil into a wok
2) add in chopped onion and garlic
3) pour in mix bolognese sauce
4) add in pumpkin noodles, cabbage and carrot
5) stir it well till it cook
6) garnish with fried prawn beef balls
