BRAISED CHICKEN WITH GINGER & BLACK EAR FUNGUS


A simple yet nutritious recipe which goes well with a bowl of rice. Takes not more than 30 minutes cooking time and packed with nutrition. This simple dish is suitable to eat during cold rainy weather or even normal day.

Ginger aids in combating cancer and also kicking off wind from the body while black ear fungus/wood ear mushroom helps to lower blood cholesterol.  For more aroma, use sesame oil which is effective for lowering blood pressure levels.
