Royale icing is commonly used for decorating cakes or cookies. Below are the steps on how to make nice and smooth royale icing which I mastered during a baking workshop recently from a talented lady. Apart from this, I also picked up skills to make fondant for cup cakes. What an experience!
Separate the egg yolk from the white egg
Take the white egg only
Beat the white egg using machine or manual by hand
add in icing sugar
if consistency is too dilute, add more icing sugar
the right consistency
use a wet cloth to wrap in order to prevent from dried up
