Chicken rice balls are commonly popular in Melaka. It can be eatan just like that or accompanied with steamed chicken or roast chicken.
Well, I have created a recipe adding chopped parsley, carrots, chicken meat and garnished it with crispy seaweed. I did not shape the rice into round ball but heart and star shape using sushi moulds which I bought it from a mini market selling Japanese cooking utensils. This recipe is easy to make and will attract children who don't like to eat rice.
INGREDIENT
rice cooked with chicken stock and mixed with chopped carrot, parsley and stir fried chicken meat, crispy seaweed for garnishing
