California is known as a desert with low rainfall and dry weather. We were on the way to San Jose in the early morning under the glaring sun, strong wind and cold air, thus need few layers of thick clothing whenever we made a pit stop at the petrol station and rest area.
Clean and well maintained rest area. Look like a park to laze around.
