HOME/DIY FIT BALL EXERCISE

E
XERCISE is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health. It is performed for many different reasons i.e. to strengthen muscles and the cardiovascular system, to loss weight or maintain a healthy weight and etc. But too much exercise can be harmful because our body need at least a day of rest, which is why some health experts say one should exercise every 3 times a week.

For those who love eating good food (including me) at times or most of the time will forgo exercise unless there are warning symptoms appear such as extra layer of spare tyres in the belly, body too heavy and feel tired easily, can't fit into the old pants/dress and etc.

If you don't like going to the gym, you can do it at home (DIY). Get yourself a fit ball (according to your height) and a yoga mat. For instruction on how to practice fit ball exercise, print out a step by step picture http://www.dietandfitnessresources.co.uk/home_gym/info/swiss_ball_exercises.htm
in A3 size paper and pin in your room wall. You may download videos from the internet and play it while doing this exercise.

Wonder why I choose Fit ball Exercise?
Fitball sessions are the ultimate way to improve core strength and the easiest exercise to lose weight especially in stubborn areas such as the abdomen, buttocks and thighs . This exhilarating workout guaranteed to make you shed extra pounds if you consistently do it for at least 30 minutes everyday or on alternative days.

How I know???
I successfully lose 10 kgs after doing fit ball exercise for 3 times a week in a month within half a year. And also coupled with proper healthy diet. The result, a slim body which fits into any attire:-D. Evident by praises from my family and friends.

Benefit
Instead of keeping the fitball in a store room, I used it as a chair as it help to maintain the optimum posture while watching TV or working at your desk.

Try it out for yourself and feel the difference
- a healthier, toned body, great looking abdomens.!!!

JAPANESE STEAMBOAT

Recently, two colleagues of mine from outstation were in our KL Office for an assignment. As it was almost lunch hour, both of them asked me where to have lunch.....(i'm known as 'gao ciak'/clever to eat' in the office). Immediately, I told them Nagomi Shabu Shabu at Menara Hap Seng cos' I've dine in the restaurant for a couple of times with my friends and we truly enjoyed every meal there.

When we arrived at the restaurant, it was packed with customers due to it's current lunch promotion. But we were lucky to get a table which was half way being cleaned up by a waitress. Upon seated, both the guys put me in-charge of selecting the best and affordable food. Without hesitation, I ordered 3 sets of Shabu-Shabu i.e. Salmon Nabe Set (RM25+=), Chicken Nabe Set (RM19++) & Ribeye Nabe Set (RM22++).

Each set of shabu shabu set comes with a free flow of cold/hot ocha, a plate of vegetables comprising of cabbages, spring onions, carrot, white soft taufu, Japanese mushroom, bamboo shoot, leek and noodles (soba or ramen).

      BACK.... WITH A 'NEW FACE'

Finally, a new facelift….. a simple yet neat design for my blog. All my time and effort has paid off handsomely. Don’t even cost me a single cent! Hopefully, you guys like this new design but do comment if you wish to.

As I mentioned in my earlier blog, it was a tedious job to create a blog especially for someone like me who don’t have any knowledge in blogging and IT….except using Microsoft Office in my daily job.

Armed with few tips from expert blogger and eagerness to produce my own ‘master piece’ , I spent my entire working hour doing this (luckily, I don’t have much work in the office). I patiently browsed and searched from relevant websites and famous blogs for new suitable templates and useful widgets. Whenever I came across ‘eye capturing’ template and useful widget, I would copied & paste the java script/html code in the added page element. If I dislike the result (such as colour, width, height and etc), I will modified the ‘code/number’. This ‘trial and error’ could take up a lot of your time but once you preview it and gives you a satisfying result,,,,,,, then you will have a BIG SMILE…..just like KENA LOTERI….

Oops….. few days before I decided to give my blog a new facelift , I attended a FREE 2 hours seminar on Profit Blogging System workshop in Petaling Jaya. The speaker who was also the founder of the company also shared with a handful of participants on tips to get more traffic and channel revenue to your blog.

FoodnTravella is BACK!!! But still need 'touch up' from time to time^-^
